Q. Cancelling your account

For security purposes, all of our accounts have a 4-digit PIN that needs to be verified before any changes can be done to an account.

We like to ensure our customers secure access to their accounts, which is why we do not currently allow cancellations online or through e-mail. To cancel your TDS account; call 888-CALL-TDS (225-5837) and we will be able to assist you.

Non-proration of services

Starting May 2, 2022, full-month charges will apply when services are cancelled before the end of your TDS billing period. Please refer to the online terms & conditions for more information.
